One year ago started the Gulf War II.
The imminent threat proved to be a useful deceit to justify the Pre-emptive War concept
The Al Qaeda connections do not exist, though their are continuously mentioned by the Bush administration. Therefore, this action is not part of any Wor on Terror.
The biggest and worse atrocities of Saddam towards its own people happened years ago, even before the Golf War II. The Humanitarian War implies that there are running atrocities.
The concepts of Pre-emptive War, War on Terror and Humanitarian War have already a doubtful sound to them. But not even with these concepts this action in Iraq is justifiable.
What makes us different from the dictators and terrorists must be our respect for the international law and the individual freedom. To forget this is giving in to those who want to impose their vision of the world by violent means...
